Cancellations made within 2 days prior to the arrival date will incur a 100% penalty of the total booking amount.
Payment Options
1. Pay Now
The total amount (100%) will be charged at the time of booking.
2. Pay at the Hotel
5% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be paid at check-in.
Payment Information
- In case of a no-show or cancellation according to the policy, the corresponding charge or refund will be automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
- Guests must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used for payment or as a booking guarantee during check-in.
- By confirming a reservation, you agree that transaction fees and service charges are non-refundable. These costs will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation, as they relate to services provided during the booking process.
